How we handle what you share

Last updated October 29, 2026. We wrote this in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to hello@thevaluespractice.com.

What we collect

When you join a pilot, we ask for your name, email, and the path you'd like to try. A phone number is optional. We also keep the answers you give on our forms, the feedback you choose to share (in forms, email, text, or conversation), and simple notes such as when we sent you materials.

How we use it

To run the pilot: send your materials, check in, answer your questions, and learn what to improve. We publish testimonials only with your permission.

Your words stay yours

We never share your words publicly without asking you first. If you let us, we'll use your first name only, or no name at all. We may trim a quote for length and will keep your meaning. You can say no, and you can change your mind: just ask and we'll take it down from our website and the materials we control. Copies we've already shared with others, such as a printed or forwarded page, may remain. Please avoid including children's names or other identifying details in your feedback.

How we count people

We want to know how many people the work reaches, without knowing more about you than we need. Where we can, we use randomly generated participant codes. We do not collect your religion, beliefs, or personal values just to count participants.

Tools we use

Your information is stored in Google Forms, Google Sheets, and email. We also use AI tools to help organize pilot information and draft messages, so some of what you share may be processed by those tools. We don't sell your information.

This website

This site loads fonts from Google and our welcome video from Synthesia, so those services may see your IP address and basic browser details when you visit. We don't add analytics or advertising trackers to the site. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs. When you choose to join a pilot, you'll be taken to a Google Form.

Children

Our programs are for adults, including parents and caregivers. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you or correct what we have about you, or to delete it from the records we control, and you can leave the pilot whenever you like. Write to hello@thevaluespractice.com.
